The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The view from the room was breathtaking. Arturo and Lumi provided excellent service and were very helpful in planning my travels. Lumi's ability to speak Turkish was an added bonus. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, with the railway station, open market, and mall nearby.

I recently stayed at Emerald Palace Family for a couple of nights and it was fantastic. The hotel is newly renovated and everything is clean and new. The room was spacious with a great air conditioner and the bathroom was the largest I’ve ever seen. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I lost my debit card, making it easy for me to resolve the situation. The location is exceptional, just a short walk from the Duomo, and the breakfast provided ample food. The common areas are spacious and the staff, including the owner, are friendly and diverse. I couldn't be happier with my stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I was impressed with the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the city center. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower. One thing I really appreciated was the absence of bunk beds, which made it easier not to disturb my roommates. The breakfast options were simple but satisfying, with orange juice, coffee, croissant, cookies, and yogurt. The lockers provided were huge, making it easy to store any size suitcase. I also found it very helpful that they offered free bag storage before and after check-in. The staff, particularly Anis, was friendly and went out of their way to assist with my travel plans.
